This extension is brilliant. I’ve been using Deepl for who knows how many years – practically throughout my last two jobs and in my career as an entrepreneur – and now it’s been a huge help to me, whether as an extension, on the website, or via the desktop version. I wouldn’t recommend any other translation and rewriting engine. Deepl’s translations are reliable, very well done, and you can tell straight away that they’re backed by good data and that the system has been very well trained. I can’t help but be grateful for all the times Deepl Write has saved me in emails and the like. The ease with which the extension allows us to express our own thoughts in our own language, so that with a simple hover and two or three clicks, we can replace the text with a high-quality translation. after some time the sidebar had stopped working at all. is only repeats what I write into the text field.

It's not bad, but the personification of long texts needs to be improved. It feels like AI-based translations are superior. Personally, I think TinaMind performs quite well.

I swear it worth adding it, rather than manually pasting the text you want to translate, you just select it and press Ctrl+Shift+Y and it translate it unlike other translator. With that it is super fast, smooth and instant.

I haven't seen anyone have this same issue so far, but it translates but then repeats the entire text. It'll translate the word but it also copy and re-pastes what's already been written in whatever language I have it set for. I'll highlight what I want to be translated and it'll translate that but also translate everything above and beneath it. I use a app for my writing that doesn't allow me to go back to a previous edit. So I can't take the risk with this app, it's just too buggy and it'll take a lot of patience t correct whatever it copy and pasted.
